A superb English solid sterling silver wine taster. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1977 with the makers mark being that of W A Humphries Ltd (Walter Albert Humphries). It has been beautifully made and is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 4.25 inches (11.8cm) across including the handle and over 3 inches (7.7cm) excluding it by 1.25 inches (3.2cm) tall to the top of the thumb plate and weighs 82 grams. A superb example.
