A rare super quality English solid sterling silver letter opener. It is hallmarked for London 1975 with the maker being Grant MacDonald Silversmiths (George Grant MacDonald). It has been superbly designed and is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 6 inches (15.2cm) long by 1.5 inches (3.6cm) wide and weighs 40 grams. A very well designed example.
