Rare Austrian antique solid silver candle snuffers / wick cutters. They are hallmarked with the Austrian silver mark dated 1840 for Vienna. They have been superbly designed and are in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs and work perfectly. They measure approx. 6.25 inches (15.8cm) long by 2.5 inches (6.2cm) across the handles and they weigh 96 grams. A super quality well made piece.
