A top quality solid silver pepper pot. It is hallmarked with German marks including the 800 silver standard mark. I would date it to c1900. It has been superbly designed being in the form of a traditional Dutch girl. It is in superb condition being free from dings, splits and repairs, the lid fits tightly. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8.4cm) tall by 1.5 inches (4cms) across the base and weighs 60 grams. A very pretty piece.
