A rare super quality heavy solid silver vesta case. It is marked with a makers mark and tests as high grade silver. I would date it to c1920. It has been beautifully designed being engraved with a dragon and is sprung, i.e it opens automatically when the catch is released. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 4.75 inches (12.3cm) by 3.5 inches (8.8cm) and weighs 157 grams. A super quality example.
