A beautiful German Hanau solid silver table box. It is hallmarked with the German 800 standard mark along with Hanau makers mark for Gebruder Neumann - I would date it to c1900-1920s. It has been superbly made being cast with a classical design. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the inside is clean. It measures approx. 5 inches (12.6cm) across by over 3 inches (8cm) wide by 1.5 inches (4cm) tall and weighs 156 grams. A very pretty piece.
