A beautiful antique German Hanau solid silver table box. It is hallmarked with the German Hanau 830 standard mark and the makers mark of Vereinigte Silberwarenfabriken. I would date to c1910. It has been beautifully made with the lid depicting a flower basket. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, a tiny little base mark (see final photo), the inside is clean and the lid closes tight. It measures approx. 3 inches (7.5cm) across by and weighs 66 grams. A beautiful piece.
