A beautiful Scottish Arts & Crafts style solid sterling silver quaich cup or bowl. It is hallmarked for Edinburgh 1997 with the maker being Goodwins Antiques Ltd. It has been superbly designed with the handles being in a Celtic style and set with citrine stones. It is in superb condition having no dings splits or repairs. These are traditionally filled with alcohol and passed around at weddings and other gatherings. It measures over 5.25 inches (13.7cm) across including the handles and 3.5 inches (9cm) excluding them by over 1.25 inches (3.5cm) tall and weighs 116 grams. A superb example.
