A wonderful pair of English sterling silver candlesticks. They are hallmarked for Birmingham 1972 with the maker being that of W I Broadway & Co. They have been superbly designed being decorated with birds and scrolls. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs, just a faint base edge push - see final photo. They measures almost 3.5 inches (8.6cm) across the bases by almost 4 inches (9.8cm) tall and 1.75 inches (4.6cm) across the sconces and have a combined weight of 300 grams (note they are weighted / filled). A very pretty pair.
