A nice quality miniature English solid sterling silver cast figure (wax seal or pipe tamper?). It is hallmarked for Sheffield 1989 with the maker being difficult to decipher. It has been superbly cast in the form of Roman Soldier. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 1.75 inches (4.4cm) tall by 0.75 inch (1.9cm) across the end and weighs 24 grams. A nicely made little piece.
